The Walkthrough
Once we schedule a quote, we start with a walkthrough together. We'll go through our detailed checklist, noting any special requests or instructions for each room. This will be our guideline moving forward. We then discuss any questions or concerns you may have, and if it feels like a good fit, schedule your initial cleaning. 

​Deep Clean
We recommend all new clients start with a deep clean, which includes all items on our Deep Clean Checklist, with the option of including our Luxury Standard (residential) or White Glove (commercial) checklists. This provides us with a good starting point for continuing services. 

Recurring Cleaning
You will be assigned a regular cleaning crew, who have undergone training, a background check, and are fully-insured under B&M Home Services. Our technician(s) will be given a walkthrough with our owner or manager, and provided a checklist to use for each cleaning.

If you have any special requests, you may submit a message on our Clients page for approval within 48 business hours of your next cleaning.

While we recommend our Luxury Standard (residential) or White Glove (commercial) routine for our recurring clients, we understand not one size fits all.
